Volunteers make our sale a fun and organized event! Sign up for a shift and reap the shopping rewards!

Volunteer for a 4 hour shift and recieve a pass to our Pre-sale Party! You will shop before consignors and guarantee your pick of the best items!

Volunteers will be assigned to inspect items before placing them on the sales floor, help with checkout, assist customers with large items, etc..

We have a special opportunity for the Daddies! Sign up to help with set-up or break down and you will receive two pre-sale passes! You will be putting together racks and setting up tables...no heavy lifting involved.

Pick the shift you want from the list below and contact us at coastalkidsale@comcast.net with your choice. Please include your name, address, phone number, and which shift you prefer.Positions in RED have already been filled.

Available Shifts (Those in RED are full)

Thursday April 3rd:

8am-12pm (set up/2 passes) / 11am-3pm / 3pm-7pm /

**6pm-10pm:this is a special shift working the cash register. You will shop the volunteer sale from 7-8pm and also receive "Kidcash"

Friday April 4th:

8am-12pm / 12pm-4pm / 4pm-8pm

Saturday April 5th:

8am-12pm / 12pm-4pm / 4pm-8pm

Sunday April 6th:

11am-3pm (sorting/break down...2 passes) / 3pm-7pm

Sign up to be a special "Behind the Scenes" Volunteer

Print 300 of our flyers (black ink only), this will earn a pre-sale pass

Deliver flyers to eight preschools, daycares, etc...we will provide the flyers and you will need to contact the manager at each location to ask permission and find out how many flyers they need. We will provide a list of locations to choose from. Flyers will need to be distributed the last 2 weeks of March. This will earn one pre-sale pass.

We will be offering Coupon Packs at our Fall sale. It will include special offers and advertisments from local businesses. We need a special volunteer who is motivated and outgoing for this position. You will recruit local businesses to participate in the Coupon Pack by telling them about the sale and explaining the benefits of participating in the Coupon Pack. We will provide a list of businesses for you to choose from. Extra special shopping privledges will be yours!

We couldn't do it without you!

We take our volunteer positions seriously, they are what makes our sale a success. If you will not fullfill your commitment to volunteer,please do not sign up. Those who are "no-shows" will not be accepted as volunteers for future sales. If you have to miss your shift due to emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at (843) 838-3140
